Blocking your own blessings...

I bet you're wondering how can one block their own blessings?
Well, it's simple! You continue dealing with the same situations & people that God has clearly tried to protect you from!
I notice that the problem that most of us have (especially women) is that we accept a lot of things & people that we don't have to!
Think about it!
You aren't progressing the way you should.
You can't seem to stay out of drama.
You hold grudges over minor things.
You keep holding on to people who mean you no good!
That has everything to do with YOU!
We all get thrown into the water, but it's up to us rather or not we sink or swim! Usually, we sink because we hold on to people & things that won't allow us to float!
No self confidence- One stone
Anger- One Stone
Drama Filled Friend- One Stone
No Self Love- Two Stones (Because no one can love you like you)
Resentment- One Stone
Negative Relationships- One Stone
Dead Beat Baby Daddy- Five Stones (Because you can't make someone be who you want them to be)
Add all of those to your single person life boat & you drown!
No one else has the power to keep you drowning but you!
In 2014 start releasing things & people who don't mean you well!
Starting with your negative thinking! The first thing you have to do is put some positive into your own life! Next, start dropping those stones back in the water were you found them! Family(yep, sometimes they can be your biggest downfall), friends, & love interest all have to be evaluated! I don't care who it is (Mom, Dad, Cousin, Sister, Brother, Best Friend, Boyfriend, Husband, Child), if you can't be genuinely happy with them remove yourself! I know it may seem harsh, but once people see that you mean business they either get their act together or they leave! When they leave they normally say, "You've changed!".
Truth is you didn't change! You learned! You learned to stop blocking your blessings! You learned to live for you! You learned to love you!
So, get up, get out of your slump, & say "I'm worthy!" Say it until you believe it!
Once you believe it you'll start to notice change!
You'll stop depending on others to fulfill your life!
Your relationship with God will become stronger & your life will be renewed!
Don't keep sitting up waiting for change when you aren't doing the proper things to bring about results!
Stop getting in your own way!
Stop blocking your blessings!
